Please note that artificial turf rolls are exceptionally large and heavy, so if you plan to transport them within the job site yourself, you must ensure you have a vehicle with a flat deck or trailer that is minimum 12’ in length.  While we deliver directly to your location for your convenience, specific delivery timelines can be confirmed with our sales team based on order volume and distance.  If we are shipping outside of BC in most cases the synthetic grass rolls are shipped to a depot centre.

It is an ideal solution for rooftops, concrete patios, and wooden decks thanks to our Polyurethane(PU) backing which provides superior dimensional stability. However, when installing on these hard surfaces, a proper drainage system is essential to prevent water pooling and ensure the long term integrity of the turf.

This specialized engineering ensures that the turf maintains its structural integrity and performance throughout extreme freeze thaw cycles, resisting warping or cracking from harsh winters to hot summers.

Grand Grass features industry leading drainage capabilities designed to manage heavy rainfall and rapid snowmelt effortlessly. Depending on the specific product model you choose, our turf offers a drainage rate ranging from 68 inches per hour to as high as 307 inches per hour. This high performance drainage is made possible by our specialized perforated Polyurethane backing, which keeps the surface dry and usable shortly after precipitation.

To maintain the integrity of the grass fibers and prevent backing deformation, all turf rolls should be stored horizontally on a flat and level surface in a dry area. You should avoid standing rolls upright on their ends for extended periods as this can cause permanent wrinkles in the turf or damage the edges of the roll.  If the job allows, we recommend rolling out the grass the day before the installation to allow the synthetic grass fibers to settle.
